I scheduled a consultation prior to my purchase because I wanted to make color changes to a floral design that was on the website. I was assured this was an easy request they could accommodate so I placed my order. After placing my order I didn’t receive tracking information so I reached out via email. They confirmed it was a small error and my flowers would still arrive on time. My bouquets arrived the day I scheduled them to but it was not what I ordered. The color changes had not been made as promised and I was missing specific types of flowers in all 8 bouquets I ordered. I didn’t get the custom bouquet I ordered or the one they advertised on their website. When I reached out I wasn’t given an explanation, just SOL. I had to make additional floral purchases to tie the bouquets to the color scheme for my event. On top of that, 2 of the 8 bouquets were so wilted the day of my event, I had to hide them behind the other florals I purchased. A waste of money. They refunded $30. I wouldn’t use them again.

Recently used this website to order flowers for my wedding and I was very pleased with the service they provided. The flowers came right on time and in perfect shape. They were packaged well and had clear care instructions on the website. The flowers came in different packages so I freaked out at one point thinking some flowers weren’t going to make it in time. But when I emailed their customer service department I immediately received a phone call from them reassuring me the flowers were on their way. A few hours later they were ant my door. I made all my arrangements myself so the photos are of the finished product not how they sent them. I didn’t take pictures of the packaging but they came in long boxes and were zipped tied down so the flowers wouldn’t move around. Overall 10/10 experience!

First time ordering with this company and it was a pleasure! I ordered 100 stems of Gerbana daisys for my wedding this weekend and the flowers came with no issues. The picture was taken right after unboxing and after getting them in some water for a bit they really looked beautiful! Thank you!

Karin is outstanding! We came to her with a vision on a Pintrest board and she delivered! She truly went above and beyond; we had a mock session with her where we played with different table decor set ups. She even called our catering company in advance of the mock up to find out table dimensions and plate layout. We gave her a lot of flexibility to be creative and I'm so glad we did. What she came up with was beyond my dreams. Highly recommend working with 48 Long Stems.
